I’m Maribell Guerrero, a New York City educator, traveler, and photographer documenting the people, places, and traditions that shape our world.

What began as a goal to see all 195 countries has become something much more meaningful: an ongoing education in how people live, believe, create, celebrate, work, and build community across cultures.
I’ve wandered unfamiliar cities alone, shared meals with people who spoke neither English nor Spanish, stepped into places of worship around the world, and been welcomed into moments I never could have planned. My background as an educator has taught me to approach those experiences the same way I approach a classroom: with curiosity, questions, and the understanding that there is always more to learn.
Photography has become my way of preserving and sharing what I encounter. I’m especially drawn to people, cultural traditions, faith, everyday life, and the small moments that reveal something larger about a place.
The opportunity to travel is a privilege. In a world where clean water, food, safety, education, and freedom are not guaranteed, I don't take the ability to move through it lightly. God has given me the health and opportunity to see more of this world than I once imagined, and I want to use that opportunity with purpose.
There are 146 countries left, but the goal isn't simply to reach them.
